Role Snapshot
Join our team as a Production Equipment Operator, where your attention to detail and commitment to safety keep our lines moving and our products consistent.
A Day in the RoleYou arrive, review the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and prepare your station. You set up the machines, bring them online, and closely observe performance to maintain safe, efficient, uninterrupted production. Throughout your shift, you verify that output meets quality expectations and keep your work area orderly and compliant with safety standards. When production wraps, you execute a clean shutdown in line with SOPs.
Core Responsibilities- Configure, start, and shut down machinery following established SOPs
- Continuously monitor equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and steady operation
- Uphold consistent product quality during all stages of production
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to SOPs
- Strong dedication to safety and quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic
- Collaborative team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
