Project Manager II

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to join our Dallas, TX office. Responsibilities Work with project schedules, cost projections, contracts, project status reports and more. Lead construction progress meetings. Oversee design development. Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules and bid documents. Negotiate and award subcontracts. Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and status reports. Work directly with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors and internal teams for support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management. 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry, including industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living and multi‑family. Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1–$75million range. Solid understanding of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Textura, Procore, Building Connected, and Bluebeam. Thorough knowledge of sitework design, building components, systems, estimating, cost control and material pricing. Minimum of six months’ experience in estimating/preconstruction and fieldwork. Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients. Ability to travel for projects if needed.
