What we offer you Retirement Savings Plans with Company Match/Contributions Education Assistance Bonus Plan Eligibility Job Summary The Quality Engineer Supervisor leads quality assurance and control activities to ensure products meet defined specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. This role blends hands-on quality engineering expertise with leadership responsibility, including team supervision, process improvement, lab oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. This position reports to the Quality Manager. What you will be doing Lead, coach, and develop Quality Technicians, CMM Technicians, and Receiving Inspectors, including scheduling, attendance, and performance oversight. Support development and maintenance of quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce scrap, and improve operational efficiency. Partner with Engineering on new and existing programs to ensure capability and quality readiness. Conduct capability studies and Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including gaugeR&R evaluations. Perform and support internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards. Ensure accurate completion of documentation, including training records, onboarding materials, and quality reports. What will make you successful? Required Education/Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing site. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence teams in a fast-paced production driven setting. Preferred Skills/Qualifications : Prior experience in quality assurance and/or a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of core quality tools; PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, PPAP, and APQP. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP/S4) and statistical software (Minitab). Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, and compliance standards.
