Robotics & Automation Technical Associate (Associate's degree)

What You Will Achieve Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment in a regulated GxP setting in support of multiple vaccine programs. Technical contributor assessing assigned tasks and making decisions based on applied knowledge. How You Will Achieve It Operate laboratory and robotic equipment per standard operating procedures (including periodic maintenance such as liquid handler fluid verification/calibration, microplate labeling, and maintenance of lab consumables). Perform responsibilities in compliance with SOPs, GxP, and other regulatory requirements. Document lab work using LIMS and/or electronic lab notebooks. Stay current on departmental and corporate training. Adhere to the schedule and complete assigned activities. Qualifications Must Have Associate degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of work experience. Attention to detail; ability to follow instructions and solve problems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong written and verbal communication. Computer literacy; Microsoft Windows/Office 365 experience. Nice-To-Have Experience in a regulated CLIA or GxP laboratory setting. Experience managing and calibrating equipment.
