This role exists to ensure loan servicing work is processed accurately, on time, and without errors. You’ll support daily operations that directly impact borrower experience and client trust.

Full Time Shifts : Various shifts Monday-Friday

Operations Processor I Pay Range : $17-$19 + up to $450/month bonus

What You’ll Do

• Process loan servicing transactions, including UCC filings, transfers, and account updates
• Handle payments, refunds, and reconciliation with a high level of accuracy
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, disputes, and borrower inquiries
• Maintain clear and complete documentation across all account activity
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to complete time-sensitive work

What You Bring – Required

• 2+ years of experience in operations, banking, finance, insurance, or mortgage
• Experience with transaction processing, account research, or loan servicing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

What You Bring – Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer lending or student loan servicing
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with CRM systems or servicing platforms (Salesforce a plus)

• Transactions are processed accurately with minimal errors or rework
• Payment discrepancies and account issues are resolved quickly and clearly
• Documentation is complete, consistent, and audit-ready
