Outside Sales & Business Development Representative 

$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time 

We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales & Business Development Representative to help grow our business by building strong relationships with restoration companies and industry professionals. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson who enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, developing relationships, and generating business. Restoration industry experience is not required—we will train the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with restoration companies and contractors.
• Make in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups to generate new business. 
• Introduce our pack-out and contents services to restoration companies. 
• Identify opportunities for mold and asbestos-related projects. 
• Build referral partnerships and become a trusted resource for restoration professionals.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to develop long-term relationships.
• Track leads, opportunities, and business activity. 
• Represent our company professionally in the field and within the restoration community.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or business development experience required. 

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 

• Confident and comfortable making calls and meeting with business owners and contractors. 

• Self-motivated, personable, and results-driven. 

• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups. 

• Professional appearance and attitude. 

• Restoration industry experience is a plus, but not required.
