Job Summary

A growing financial institution in Lewisville, TX is hiring a Member Experience Sales Specialist for a temp to hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying financial needs, and recommending products and services that help members reach their financial goals. Previous Sales experience is preferred.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with banking, credit union, financial services, and sales experience who wants to grow in a supportive, member-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional member service through consultative relationship management and needs-based conversations.
- Open consumer and business accounts while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
- Upsell and cross-sell financial products and services aligned with member goals.
- Meet sales goals, service standards, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Conduct outreach and business development activities to support growth and deepen member relationships.
- Follow banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all member interactions.
