Customer Experience Specialist (CES)

Are you a driven individual looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and customer service? Look no further! Lone Star Toyota is looking for dynamic, motivated professionals to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist (CES).

As a CES, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Our compensation package includes a base salary of $3,000 per month plus performance-based bonuses, which means your earning potential can excel! Flexible schedules and a 5 day, 40 hour work week will help provide a better work-life balance.

We will provide comprehensive training to the right candidates to set you up for success. Here's a sneak peek at what you'll be doing:

  • Connecting with customers and providing top-notch service
  • Identifying and closing new sales opportunities
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving for customer inquiries
  • Staying up-to-date with our products and services
  • Setting and exceeding sales and customer service targets
