Qualifications & Desired Experience Active Speech‑Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Prior experience in a pediatric or school‑based setting preferred Understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities Comfortable working full‑time on‑site (not a virtual/telepractice position) Able to start as soon as possible Key Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Deliver evidence‑based speech and language interventions Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student outcomesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams Why Consider This Role?
