The Replay Club is seeking a  professional and reliable Front Desk Concierge to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for members and guests, while providing high-level customer service and supporting daily front desk operations.  The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, attentive to the small details and experienced in working in a high-end service environment. 

*This role is part-time (16-32hrs) & candidate MUST be available to work some weekends*

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle court reservations and scheduling updates
• Perform hourly walkthroughs to ensure the facility is clean and organized
• Answer phone calls and respond to member questions or concerns
• Provide guided tours of the club to potential members
• Assist with front desk tasks, merchandise sales, and event support
• Work in our cafe preparing menu items and providing a high level of service. Must prepare items in a timely manner
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of high-end customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
• Weekend availability
• Available to work up to 32hrs.
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
