Salary: $120,000 - $150,000/year

We're expanding our financial systems modernization support portfolio and seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as Key Personnel. If you excel at leading complex modernization efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact results, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Lead high-visibility, mission-critical program activities across planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee and mentor junior and mid-level staff, ensuring quality and consistency across all work products.
• Complete required acquisition and program documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, and lifecycle deliverables.
• Manage Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, and Risk Management activities.
• Direct and coordinate multiple functional groups to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Support migration from legacy financial, procurement, and asset management systems to modernized solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership, SMEs, and integrated project teams.

What We're Looking For:

• MA/MS in Project Management, Management, Accounting, or related fields
• PMP certification (required).
• 10+ years of directly applicable project management experience in IT, financial systems, or modernization programs.
• 10+ years of full lifecycle program experience, including data migration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-support skills.
• Experience managing high-visibility, mission-critical programs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance.
