As a Service Account Coordinator, you will serve as an important point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and service operations. You will help manage client accounts, organize service requests, maintain accurate information, communicate updates, and ensure that client needs are addressed professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day activities related to assigned client accounts. Serve as a professional point of contact for clients regarding service requests and account updates. Track service requests, appointments, documentation, and follow-up activities. Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure client needs are addressed. Maintain accurate and organized account records. Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative account support. Follow up on outstanding requests and help resolve service-related concerns. Provide clients with timely updates regarding their accounts and services. Identify opportunities to improve account organization and customer satisfaction. Support the team with reporting, documentation, and other operational responsibilities. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client and company information. Qualifications
