Shift Details:

• + Full Time Schedules
• + Some weekends may be required
• + 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
• + Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
• + ASAP Start Facility clearance can take 4-8 weeks – can start as soon as cleared
• + Candidate must live 70 miles away from the facility.
• + This position is located in Eloy,AZ

Certified Medical Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:

• + Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• + Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information.
• + Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and diagnostic procedures.
• + Perform basic clinical tasks such as specimen collection, injections, wound care, and medication administration as permitted by state regulations.
• + Schedule appointments, maintain patient records, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
• + Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care instructions.
• + Ensure examination rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• + Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• + Follow infection control practices, safety protocols, and facility policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• + Graduation from an accredited educational institution
• + Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the applicable state or reciprocation.The license MUST be in good standing
• + 1 year of experience as MA
• + Ability to build rapport with patients
• + Compassionate and caring demeanor
• + Familiarity with medical terminology
• + CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
• + Must have up to date credentials in the state.
