Entering, assigning, and documenting notes, services, supplies, and labor. Ensuring timely completion of work orders. Providing daily supervision and delegation of assignments to maintenance technicians. Participating in hiring, discipline, and termination of maintenance staff. Performing or delegating regular preventative maintenance (e.g., replace air filters, inspect for plumbing leaks, replace caulking, replace ceiling tile grout, paint as needed). What You’ll Make $4,833 – $6,000 per month DOE/Credentials Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates. What You’ll Need Minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing oversight of general maintenance and landscaping is required. General knowledge of construction, property maintenance, local, state and federal regulations and safety procedures. Two (2) years of supervisory experience leading a cohesive team environment. Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire). Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat/kneel, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach, climb stairs and ladders, operate tools and machinery, lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and maneuver bulky objects; occasional sitting, talking, listening, and crawling.
