Founding Software Engineer AI for SMB Insurance
Switchboard of Miami
Switchboard is seeking a founding engineer to develop AI agents that will enable a small insurance brokerage to operate like a much larger company. You will have significant autonomy and be involved in all aspects of the engineering process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in taking products from zero to production, have strong backend fundamentals, and be comfortable in integration-heavy systems. This is a hybrid position in New York City.
