We seek a Medical Receptionist with some billing/RCM experience to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, Monday - Friday day shift position with No Weekends and No Holidays! Interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information. Data entry and updates of patients' information into our Electronic Health Record system. Obtaining patient's payment for exams/procedures. Prepping paperwork, mailings, and clerical duties. Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule. Other administrative duties as assigned by management. Requirements The successful candidate will have: Strong Hospitality and patient care skills Strong communications skills Be able to multitask with a strong attention to details Be a Team player and work well with others Previous Medical Field experience preferred, but not required Previous Billing/RCM experience is a plus
