Full and part‑time positions available. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Part‑time hours available; for full‑time instructors, a 40‑hour workweek is not guaranteed and scheduled hours vary by business volume Minimum Age: 16 years Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages and abilities Deliver world‑class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above Fluently communicate in English Comfortable working with children aged 3 and older Willing to work weekends, holidays, and meet minimum scheduling requirements Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting skill, guest‑service, and safety standards The role requires background check clearances by the State of Pennsylvania, to be completed before work begins.
