About the FSD Food Service Director Role:

We are looking for an experienced Food Service Director to oversee the daily operations of our food service department and ensure the highest level of quality and care for our patients and residents. As the FSD Food Service Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of food service staff, developing menus, and implementing diet plans to meet the nutritional needs of our patients and residents.

FSD Food Service Director Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the food service department, including food preparation, menu planning, and inventory management

• Supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation

• Develop and implement menus and diet plans in collaboration with our dietary team and medical staff

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and Joint Commission requirements

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including meal counts, inventory levels, and customer feedback

• Collaborate with other departments, including nursing and therapies, to ensure seamless care coordination

FSD Food Service Director Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food Service Director or similar role

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Knowledge of food allergy and dietary restrictions, as well as local and state health codes
