We are currently seeking a Dietary Manager to lead our dining services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, organized leader who takes pride in providing nutritious, high-quality meals while creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents. The ideal candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure compliance with all dietary and food safety regulations, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Job Responsibilities and Duties Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents Participate in the facility’s budgeting process Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration Requirements Current ServSafe Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Additional Benefits Telemedicine: $0 co-pay for telemedicine appointments, providing easy access to medical consultations from the comfort of your home.
