Human Resources Manager- Corporate Functions

Human Resources Manager- Corporate Functions Location: Wickliffe, OH Schedule: 4x1 Responsibilities Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with assigned leadership teams. Partner with leaders to improve engagement, productivity, and talent attraction and retention. Translate business strategies and competitive insights into effective talent and workforce plans. Support workforce and succession planning through data‑driven insights and tools. Ensure effective performance management, including performance evaluations, improvement plans, and corrective actions. Collaborate with Global Human Resources Centers of Expertise to deliver best‑fit talent solutions. Support compensation reviews by evaluating job requirements, responsibilities, and competencies. Coach managers to ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, guidelines, and employment laws. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Human Resources processes and systems. Champion inclusion, diversity, and collaboration across teams and geographies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 5+ years of Human Resources business partnering experience. Experience supporting medium‑to‑large or global organizations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment. Expert knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, and processes. Proven experience coaching and partnering with experienced leaders. Ability to use data and analytics to inform business decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading or supporting change initiatives in fast‑paced environments. Demonstrated success implementing Human Resources process improvements.
