Position Summary As an HVAC Service Technician with Bass Air Conditioning, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a full‑time, year‑round role with stability, growth potential, and the support you need to succeed. What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades Provide accurate repair recommendations and estimates Educate customers on equipment operation, parts, and service options Deliver professional, clear, and friendly customer communication Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule Work in a variety of environments including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience EPA Certification (or ability to obtain immediately) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly and perform physical job duties Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset Team‑oriented attitude with a desire to grow and learn new HVAC technologies Why You’ll Love Working Here We believe great technicians deserve great careers—and we back that up with real benefits.
