Job Description

What You’ll Do

Supermarket, commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC and Restaurant service, maintenance, and repair calls
Diagnose complex system issues and provide clear, confident solutions
Mentor junior technicians and ensure high-quality workmanship
Communicate professionally with customers and build long-term relationships
Perform system startups, commissioning, and equipment changeouts
Maintain accurate job documentation, parts usage, and service notes
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job
Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

10-15 years HVACR field experience (Supermarket, commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC, and Restaurant preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
EPA Certification (required)
Ability to lead, train, and support other technicians
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Strong communication and customer service skills
High personal standards for quality, integrity, and accountability
