Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring new customers at an enterprise level
• Generating a pipeline of new opportunities
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to craft effective positioning and collaborate on strategic initiatives to scale in the U.S. market

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within enterprise HCM solutions
• Proven ability to understand client pain points and proposing solutions
• Strong understanding of HR processes & policies, HCM and SaaS
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
