About the Role

Imagine starting your day as the go-to hub for a busy office: you greet callers, route questions to the right teammates, and keep information moving. You sort the morning mail, circulate it quickly, and make sure outgoing items are ready for the scheduled pickup. Throughout the day, you turn details into accurate documents—building sales orders, invoices, and packing/shipping slips—while keeping both electronic and physical files tidy and easy to find.

With your steady hand in MS Office and Sage/Peachtree, you enter and process customer orders, drawing on your data entry precision and customer service background to resolve issues and keep everything on schedule. You draft clear emails and other correspondence, operate common office equipment, and work independently to keep operations humming.

• Answer and route all incoming calls to appropriate contacts
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; ensure outgoing mail is prepared for on-time pickup
• Perform accurate data entry for day-to-day office needs
• Create sales orders, invoices, and packaging/shipping slips
• Enter and process orders (prior Data Entry and Customer Service experience is required)
• Maintain organized filing systems—both electronic and paper
• Prepare professional communications, including emails, invoices, and other correspondence

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in an office environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency with Sage/Peachtree
• Familiarity with general office equipment
• Highly organized, able to work independently
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
