The Role
We’re looking for an experienced warehouse leader to oversee all outbound operations, making sure customer orders are picked, packed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll report to the Warehouse Outbound Manager. When the business needs it, you’ll also step in as Inbound Supervisor and lead receiving operations.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping
• Manage staffing and workflow to hit productivity targets and shipping deadlines, including seasonal peaks
• Lead shift start-up meetings, and coach, train, and evaluate warehouse associates
• Handle attendance, performance, and disciplinary issues in line with company policy
• Investigate shipping discrepancies and work with Inventory Control to fix issues
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance, and run regular safety inspections
• Track KPIs (order accuracy, lines picked per hour, on-time shipments, labor efficiency, safety) and drive process improvements

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• High school diploma or GED required. A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Work in a warehouse with varying temperatures
• Operate material handling equipment (certification provided as needed)
