What You'll Do: Generate leads and cultivate strong relationships with investors and property owners. Manage the entire deal pipeline: from listings and marketing to negotiations, LOIs, PSAs, due diligence, and closing. Work collaboratively with your team and marketing staff to effectively bring deals to the market. Prepare Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), analyze comparative data, and present investment opportunities. Develop and maintain key accounts and client relationships within your area of expertise. Who Are You? 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate or investment sales. A proven closer looking for a strong platform for growth. A licensed Real Estate Agent or someone actively pursuing their license. Proficient with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and financial assessments. A perfect cultural fit: Collaborative, Coachable, Communicative, and Consistent. Compensation: Exclusive commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
