Training Coordinator

We're looking for a Technical and Training Coordinator to support our Technical and Training team. What You'll Do Provide administrative support to the Technical and Training Specialist team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and team events Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action item follow-ups Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and procurement requests Support departmental reporting and maintain training-related databases and records Coordinate the scheduling, planning, and logistics of training programs, workshops, webinars, and certification events Manage training registrations, attendance tracking, and completion records Prepare and distribute training materials, course evaluations, and communications Coordinate training venues, equipment, technology needs, and catering when applicable Serve as a point of contact for training participants before, during, and after events Maintain training schedules, course catalogs, and learning management system (LMS) records Organize and update technical documentation, training materials, standard operating procedures, and reference guides Support project coordination for the Technical and Training Specialist team, tracking milestones, action items, and deadlines Compile training metrics, participation data, and program effectiveness reports Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders Support onboarding and training initiatives for new employees What You'll Need Associate's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered 2+ years of experience in an administrative, training coordination, project coordination, or support role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy What We Offer Health insurance with a $0 deductible, plus dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company-sponsored retirement program Paid time off and paid holidays Career growth and continuous professional development A stable, family-owned company with over 100 years of service Our Core Four We live by these values, and you will too: Leave No Doubt You Care – Put people first and solve problems with empathy.
