Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding contract role as a Special Education Preschool Case Manager for the upcoming academic year. This opportunity runs from August 25th through June 14th, with daily hours from 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM. Located near Concord, NH, this position offers a chance to support the growth and success of preschool learners while ensuring exceptional case management.
Your expertise will shine as you deliver impactful direct instruction and manage caseloads effectively. The right candidate will bring a strong grasp of the Special Education process, and demonstrate unwavering adherence to State and Federal guidelines. Your background in Early Childhood Special Education will be key to maintaining compliance, providing customized support, and partnering with educators, families, and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Special Education certification required
- Proven experience in Special Education, ideally at the preschool level
- Comfortable navigating State and Federal Special Education regulations
- Clear communication and strong organization for effective case management
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to preschool students with special needs
- Maintain case management files and meet all timelines for services, meetings, and reporting
- Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with legal and district standards
- Facilitate communication among educators, families, and support staff
- Support student progress through evidence-based strategies and individualized instruction
