Administrative AssistantBig River Resources is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to the team at our Boyceville ethanol plant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing incoming mail, invoices, packing slips, daily deposits, and accounts payable while utilizing Microsoft Great Plains accounting software. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, handling customer service inquiries, managing phone communications, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role also involves coordinating and assisting with event planning, including scheduling, vendor communication, organizing materials, and ensuring smooth execution.
