We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals who want to join our team as a Process Assistant. In this role, you will lead and be responsible for engaging your teams during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also play a key part in maintaining customer expectations to ensure orders are delivered at the right time and to the right location. Our operation’s workflow has three major components: First mile – where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile – where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile – when the product is delivered to the customer’s door. All workflows have slight building variations, but one thing is constant: our vision and dedication to the customer. Key Job Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate others. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives. Lift up to 49 lbs, stand and walk during up to 12‑hour shifts, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb, and descend stairs. Work in environments with variable noise levels and temperatures, including outdoor loading docks and refrigerated grocery locations. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or overnight shifts. Work 40 hours per week and overtime, as required. Basic Qualifications 1+ year(s) of Microsoft Office products and applications experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk during up to 12‑hour shifts, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Work 40 hours per week and overtime, as required. Age 18 years or older. 6+ months of leadership experience in a retail, distribution, or similar environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a team of 10+ employees or 1+ year of direct management experience. Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen). Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field. The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential, which depends on the shift selected. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay is based on factors including shift selection and location.
