Sand Blaster

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Sandblaster to join their team. As an Industrial Sandblaster, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to high-quality finishes and ensuring safety and efficiency in the workplace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, aligning successfully with the organization’s standards and values.

Job Title: Industrial Sandblaster 

Location: Mukwonago, WI

Pay Range: $18 to $21

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate sandblasting and surface preparation equipment to clean and treat customer parts
• Remove rust, scale, paint, grease, and contaminants using abrasive blasting methods
• Prepare parts for coating processes (masking, handling, staging, etc.)
• Set up and adjust blasting equipment (pressure, abrasives, nozzle settings) for different materials
• What's Needed?
• Sandblasting experience 
• Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs and perform physically demanding work 
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and multitask 
• Good teamwork and communication skills
