Healthy Start Home Visit Specialist - Empowering Families

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a Healthy Start Home Visits Specialist to coordinate services for at-risk children and families in Florida. You will provide intensive home visitation, collaborate with families to develop support plans, and ensure timely documentation of client activities. The ideal candidate holds a degree in social sciences or a health-related field, possesses excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
