Multi-Line Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Sales Position

I'm looking for someone who brings energy everywhere they go! The one that's never met a stranger. The one who is bold, confident, competitive, quick on their feet and can handle 10 things happening at once without getting rattled. The one who hears NO, and thinks, okay, NEXT! That is who I want to talk to. This is a sales position. You need to be comfortable talking to people, building relationships, asking for the business and producing results.

Location Address: 1010 Morgantown Avenue Fairmont, WV 26554 I can teach insurance and I can teach our products and systems. I cannot teach hunger, personality, confidence or work ethic. I'm building a team with big goals and I want someone who gets excited by that, not intimidated by it. If you read this and immediately thought "Yep, that's me". Prove it.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience PREFERRED

• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Fairmont, West Virginia.
• Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2016.
• I am a proud graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University.
• We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
• We have 40+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
