Your Mission: Identify key decision-makers, initiate professional outreach, and qualify high-potential opportunities for our senior sales team. Key Responsibilities Healthcare Outreach & Lead Qualification Targeted Outreach: Introduce our diagnostic and pharmacy portfolio to healthcare organizations. Stakeholder Engagement: Connect with administrators, clinical leaders, and managers to assess product alignment. Meeting Coordination: Qualify accounts based on specific criteria and schedule follow-up sessions for Senior Sales Reps. Relationship Building & Market Insight Build Rapport: Develop professional relationships with healthcare staff across various care settings. Value Positioning: Present our products as reliable, compliant, and value-driven solutions that meet clinical goals. CRM Integrity: Maintain organized records of all activities and lead statuses within the CRM. Actionable Intel: Provide senior reps with the "inside scoop" needed for seamless handoffs and successful conversions. Qualifications & Competencies Required Skills Professional Communication: Ability to engage with staff at all levels. Objection Handling: Natural ability to build rapport and stay solutions-oriented. Detail-Oriented: High capacity for volume-based outreach and follow-up. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office. Growth Mindset: Coachable, resilient, and eager to grow.
