This executive leadership role will oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction operations across a diverse portfolio of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems projects. The business is experiencing significant growth across key sectors including advanced manufacturing, data centers, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and higher education. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, project execution, workforce development, safety, profitability, and client satisfaction throughout the region. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all regional mechanical construction operations. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations teams. Drive operational efficiency, labor productivity, and overall financial performance. Support strategic planning, workforce forecasting, and resource allocation across multiple projects. Build and strengthen relationships with clients, general contractors, and industry partners. Champion a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Partner with executive leadership to support business growth and long‑term strategic objectives. Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience within commercial and industrial mechanical construction. Extensive experience delivering HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems projects. Proven track record managing multiple large‑scale projects, operational teams, and regional business functions. Demonstrated success improving project performance, profitability, and operational effectiveness. Strong financial acumen with exceptional strategic and operational leadership capabilities. Excellent communication, leadership, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
