Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to help relieve pain and enhance mobility.Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Educate patients and their families on self-management strategies, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive devices for improved functionality.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment strategies for each patient.Stay current with advancements in the field by participating in professional workshops and maintaining a strong network within the medical community.Provide mentorship and training for new graduates entering the field upon request, fostering a strong support system within and outside our organization.Patient Population / Client FocusOur practice caters to a wide variety of patients with different diagnoses, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neuromuscular disorders. You will engage with diverse populations, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and care tailored to their specific rehabilitation journey. Your role will significantly influence patient outcomes by enhancing their quality of life through improved mobility and functionality.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to effectively educate and convey information to patients and families.Proficiency with computer systems and relevant software for documentation and treatment planning.Ability to maintain professionalism and empathy while managing a diverse patient population.Flexible and adaptable attitude to meet the evolving needs of our patients and team.Preferred ExperienceWhile a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply, as we offer mentorship programs to support your career development.
