Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health

Position Overview This physical therapist will be treating only pelvic floor diagnoses/pelvic health PT. The Rehab Team Member is licensed to practice therapy in the State of Ohio and will work within a team oriented multi-disciplinary rehabilitation program. These services are offered via outpatient service sites to patients primarily with neurologic and orthopedic injuries. Duties and Responsibilities Each Rehabilitation Team Member provides services according to the laws of the State of Ohio, standards of practice, scope of practice, clinical guidelines, codes of ethics published by respective national professional associations, and OSUMC policies and procedures governing the work of licensed clinical professionals. All staff must meet standards established by the Sports Medicine and Ambulatory Rehabilitation Department as part of the OSUMC personalized performance plan (P3). Minimum Qualifications All Rehab Team Members must hold current licensure with the State of Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Training Board. All academic degrees must have been granted from an accredited institution. Current American Heart Association BLS certification preferred. Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
