Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team. Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and financial results. Create an exceptional resident experience with a strong focus on engagement and retention. Oversee budgets, collections, and NOI performance. Develop and execute marketing strategies, including outreach and campus marketing initiatives. Ensure Fair Housing compliance and operational excellence. What We're Looking For 3+ years of multifamily Community Manager experience. Experience managing a downtown urban apartment community. Strong marketing skills, including outreach and campus marketing. Experience working in a mid-rise or high-rise apartment community preferred. Proven success improving resident engagement and retention. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills. Lease-up, renovation, or value-add experience is a plus.
