We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and tell the RP story in creative, compelling ways. This role is perfect for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to make a big impact. What You’ll Do As our Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of marketing—strategy, execution, and optimization—to grow our brand presence and drive home sales. You’ll: Build and manage the annual marketing plan and budget. Track ROI and deliver regular performance reports with recommendations. Maintain and strengthen RP’s brand identity across all channels. Increase visibility in Chattanooga and Knoxville through campaigns, partnerships, and community engagement. Develop engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences. Manage website updates, SEO, and landing pages to drive leads. Lead email, blog, and digital ad campaigns. Partner with the sales team to create campaigns, signage, and collateral that drive community traffic. Coordinate events, promotions, and PR opportunities that showcase our lifestyle amenities. Serve as a brand ambassador for RP in the market. Monitor campaign performance across digital and traditional channels. Provide dashboards and insights to optimize efforts. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–6 years of marketing experience (real estate/homebuilding experience a plus). Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics. Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results. Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
