Lead Electrician

Job Description

Prime Time Electric is seeking a skilled Lead Electrician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing and performing residential electrical work, including new construction, remodels, and service calls. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example in the field.

What You'll Do

Lead and work alongside electrician helpers on residential job sites
Perform complete electrical installations for new home construction
Install panels, wiring, lighting, switches, receptacles, and electrical equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues
Perform service upgrades, repairs, and maintenance
Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and inspectors
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

3-5 years of residential electrical experience preferred
Experience with both new construction and service work
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans
Leadership experience preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
