Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience as a school paraprofessional, preferably within special education settings
- Familiarity with self-contained classroom structures and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Flexibility, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist with classroom management and adapt activities to meet various learning needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or paraprofessional certification is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer consistent classroom support to the lead educator and students
- Assist in adapting and modifying instructional materials for varied abilities
- Encourage social and emotional development while ensuring a positive atmosphere
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback in collaboration with staff
- Manage routine classroom tasks and support students with daily needs
