Identity & Access Management Engineer

Seeking a remote contract Identity & Access Management Engineer specializing in RACF, who will manage the mainframe security environment, maintain user access controls, and provide expert support for security systems. Key responsibilities Maintain the mainframe security environment using RACF and zSecure, ensuring compliance and proper user access controls Configure and manage RACF security profiles for Users, Groups, Resources, and Datasets Provide Tier 3 support for mainframe security inquiries and collaborate with stakeholders on security-related matters Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, preferably 10 or more years Deep understanding of RACF for managing access to mainframe resources Strong familiarity with mainframe system commands and utilities such as TSO, ISPF, JCL, and REXX Understanding of security concepts including access control and data protection Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
