Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Job Description (JD):
Key Details:
• Role: IAM Engineer (AD & Entra ID)
• Skills: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience Level: Advanced


Key Responsibilities:
• Perform remediation activities in Active Directory and Entra ID based on security assessment findings
• Implement and fine-tune Conditional Access Policies aligned with security best practices
• Identify and resolve identity-related vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and access risks
• Manage user identities, roles, and access controls across enterprise environments
• Monitor IAM systems and ensure compliance with security standards and policies
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams for identity governance improvements
• Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements related to IAM controls
• Maintain documentation for IAM configurations, policies, and remediation activities


Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Expertise in Conditional Access Policies and identity security controls
• Good understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, and authentication mechanisms
• Experience with security remediation and vulnerability management in identity platforms
• Knowledge of MFA, SSO, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
