Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in outpatient rehabilitation therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Previous outpatient experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patient's physical health and mobility.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, and functionality.
• To aid patient recovery, utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities.
• Educate patients on self-care techniques, exercise programs, and lifestyle changes to enhance recovery and prevent future injury.
• Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
