About the Role:
Cuddles Daycare Center Corp in Florissant, MO is looking for a passionate and nurturing Teacher to join our dedicated team! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners in a warm, supportive environment where every child is celebrated.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress
• Maintain accurate attendance, developmental records, and daily reports
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
• Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure a consistent, positive learning experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Early Childhood Education degree or CDA credential preferred
• Previous experience in a childcare, preschool, or early childhood education setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
