Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Clearwater, FL - 34677

Work Environment: 100% Onsite

Contract: 12-month contract to hire

Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required

Shifts Available (Mon-Thurs):
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM EST

Job Description • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for CCA, module, and cable harness assemblies and subassemblies
• Interpret engineering prints to design processes and collaborate with design engineering to implement production improvements
• Support the production floor by working closely with the operations team and focusing on continuous improvement
• Design, procure, and implement tooling to support manufacturing processes
• Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans
• Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality
• Provide manufacturability guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements
• Ensure all processes and procedures comply with regulations and specifications
• Understand circuit card and cable harness manufacturing processes
• Cable harness experience and process writing experience are a plus
