About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Credit Officer for the Industrials sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end lending process within the US Commercial Bank for the assigned relationships and portfolio. This role requires a deep and relevant industry expertise, particularly in commercial and cross-border lending, and at least 10 years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio, or risk management with a large multinational financial services organization. The Credit Officer will be a critical partner in the pre-screening of pipeline opportunities, providing structuring input, and maintaining ongoing credit oversight of the lending portfolio. Key responsibilities include credit underwriting, due diligence, structuring, documentation, and portfolio monitoring. The role also involves leading the credit-specific risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and mentoring junior staff.
