Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or specialized training is a plus

• Comfortable assisting students individually and in group settings, adapting support to meet diverse needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated patience, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm for working with children

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and physical support to students under teacher guidance
• Assist with classroom management, activities, and lesson execution
• Support students with assignments, adapting materials as needed for accessibility
• Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging learning atmosphere
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
