• Conversational AI / NLP Implementation:
- Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework)
- Exposure tRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses
- Designed and deployed chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms
- Strong preference for AWS expertise-especially Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB
- Familiar with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture
- Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbot applications with backend services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
