Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
• Valid teaching certification with a PreK or General Education endorsement
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities
• Creative, adaptable, and skilled at fostering positive learning environments
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and collaborating with families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with state standards and are tailored to preschool students’ needs
• Create a welcoming, safe classroom atmosphere where young children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically
• Integrate play-based and hands-on activities to promote exploration, discovery, and skill development
• Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction when needed
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and support specialists to ensure individual student success
• Maintain ongoing, positive communication with parents regarding classroom activities and student growth
